On this page we describe the procedures for managing the web site in reference to the processing of personal data of the consulting user. Hydro Drilling S.r.l. recognises the importance of the protection for the personal data. 
Hydro Drilling S.r.l. undertakes the commitment of respecting the privacy of the users and to process private data with caution and confidentiality. The data will not be utilised for end-purposes different than those specified further . It is an information supplied to those subjects interacting with Hydro Drilling S.r.l. web services, pursuant art. 13 of the legislative decree no. 196/2003 – Law on the subject of protection of personal data.
This policy can be modified or updated to adjust to the characteristics offered by Hydro Drilling S.r.l.
The information is supplied solely for the Hydro Drilling S.r.l. site and not for other web sites possibly consulted by the user through link

The processing connected to the web services in this site are carried out at the location of the aforementioned legal headquarter and are processed by persons authorised for the processing through an appropriate mandate.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

The IT systems and procedures arranged and implemented for operating this web site acquire some personal data during their normal operating, whose transmission is implicit in the use of the protocol of communication on Internet. They are information gathered to be associated to the identified concerned parties, but due to their intrinsic nature they may allow identification of the users through processes and associations.

These data are utilised for the sole purpose of gathering anonymous statistical data on the use of the site and to verify the correct operating and are erased immediately following the processing.

RIGHTS OF THE CONCERNED PARTY
The subject to whom the personal data refers to may at any time contact the data controller in order to  enforce his/her own rights as provided by article 7 of the legislative decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, reported further.
“Art. 7. Right of accessing personal data and other rights – The concerned party has the right of obtaining confirmation of the existence or less of personal data pertaining to the same, even if not yet registered, and their notification in intelligible form.
The concerned party has the right of obtaining information pertaining to : a) origin of the personal data; b) purposes and methods of processing; c) logic applied in case the processing is carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) identifying details of the data controller, designated managers or representatives pursuant paragraph 2 of article 5; e) subjects or group of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed or that may learn as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or assigned subjects . 
The concerned party has the right of obtaining:
 
a) update, correction or rather, if interested, the amendment of the data; b) erasure, transformation in anonymous form or block of the data processed in violation of the law, including those for which the keeping of the data in relation to the purposes for which the same were collected or subsequently processed is not necessary; c) statement that the operations as per the letters a) and b) have been disclosed, even insofar as pertaining to their content, of those to whom the data have been disclosed or circulated, except in cases in which such fulfilment becomes impossible or involves use of means openly disproportioned compared to the right protected. The concerned party has the right of objecting, all or in part: 
 
b) to the processing of his/her personal data for legitimate reasons, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection ; b) to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sale or for conducting market surveys or for commercial communications.
